     3.1. You can visit our website without actively disclosing any personal data to us. You can find out about us and our services on our website without telling us who you are. We do not use any data analysis services e.g., Google Analytics. For information on Cookies and technically required information see sections 5 and 6.

     3.2. You can contact us via e-mail or by phone, if you would like to inquire about or request our services. We collect and process personal data you voluntarily submit to us in this context to provide our services. This can include personal data such as your name, contact details and other relevant data.

     3.3. We only store your personal data to the extent and for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, for the fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g., retention obligations) or for other purposes described in this privacy notice.


     4. Who we share personal data with and where we process your personal data

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except if necessary while providing our services or while fulfilling legal obligations. Exceptions to this principle are subcontractors that we use to provide our services, in particular IT service providers who act on our behalf (processors). Within our area of responsibility, we process your personal data in Switzerland and, if applicable, in the EU.
